In this role incumbent is expected to work closely with regional HR head on delivering effective HR partnership and supports to stakeholders, with initiatives covering but not limited to talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relationships, training & development, communication and culture management etc.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide full life-cycle HR operational supports for assign organization includes recruiting, training, payroll and attendance administration, people movement, performance and employee relation management, people data and files administration, on-boarding and existing, communication etc;
Deliver strong supports on organization changes with connective HR functional initiatives involvement likes recruiting, employee relations, training and development etc;
Regular HR 3rd-party service vendor administration includes TA, payroll, social security, attendance, commercial insurance etc.
Supports HR Head on regional talent management as well related training initiative implementation;
On-time and quality project delivery with HR knowledges and solutions.
Supports on smooth and effective connection within regional HR community among organizations / affiliates;
Collaborate with HR leader on HR policy/regulation/procedures upgrading as well global policies adoption/localization;
Regular HR metrics and reports generation and submission, and other tasks assigned;
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above in Business, HR management, Industrial & Labor Relations or related disciplinary;
Minimum 6 years relative experience in a multinational company with at least 3-years experience in TA function, experience gained in regional corporate as well manufacturing platform will be preferable, HR Generalist experience is desiarable;
A broad experience and knowledge on all HR disciplines, good skills and experience on TA and training function;
Result-driven, down-to-earth, hands-on, proactive and self-motivated;
Excellent communication, with good English skill.
