Job overview:
Responsible for IAM distributor team sales process execution and business operation.
Responsible for the implementation of sales in the development of distributor business, and worked with MKT, Product, SC and Finance.



Job responsibilities: Regularly summarize and sort out the business of each major region of the sales team and analyze the performance of the sales team in real time. 20%Real-time tracking of distributors purchase, sell out and inventory, SR situation, marketing activity development, business development and other data, hierarchical summary for management. 20%Coordinate with sales and distributors to summarize and analyze the implementation of project orientation at key accounts. 10%Provide support for the setup of “Distributor Development Management” and “RTM” systems based on day-to -day operations. 10%Contact with MKT, jointly promote brand building. 5%Contact with Product, provide the product needs of sales and distributors, jointly promote / launch new product line. 5%Contact with SC, customer service, provide the feedback of distributors and follow up. 5%Contact with Finance, jointly data analysis and planning. 5%Promotion data analysis, GM analysis, participate in the formulation of central promotion plan. 20%
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree and major in Chinese or English is preferred.At least 2 years relevant working experience.FMCG industry experience is preferred.Good command of English in listening, reading and writing.Good command of office software, especially Excel and PPT.Good logical analysis skill.Good communication and interpersonal skill.The personality is bright.
